Everything is fine until it comes time to move out or get anything fixed. They will charge you ridiculous fees for "damages" when the apartments are not even spotless when you move in. They are money hungry and ungodly frugal when it comes to fixing things. They will use the excuse of "well the apartments are old so things don't always work right" when it comes to fixing things. Or they will try to blame you for why things don't work. It's close to campus and pretty cheap considering everything is included but be prepared fo... read more

Campus Habitat is a great place to live especially for 1 to 2 people. I lived here for 2 years and it was so nice how close it is to campus. Maintenance here was really amazing. The only complaints I have are the sinks and the light fixtures. Other than that I'd encourage anyone to live here!

Close to campus and maintenance is very quick at responding to issues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at. If I could give it no stars I would. Management is not willing to work with residents. The apartments smell horrible and have mold in them. If you have any sort of allergies don't live here because you will be miserable. The furnishings are disgusting and need to be replaced. There are surprise fees that they don't tell you about until you're moved in and due without any prior warning. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else. The apartments are overpriced, unders... read more

Campus Habitat is not only a wonderful place to live, but is also the most affordable place on campus. As a student without a car, the location is ideal — it takes only about 10 minutes to walk to campus every morning. Apartments come with a flat screen, wifi, cable and (also affordable) laundry machines. I already signed my lease for the next year, and will likely return for the semester after that.
