Management was dishonest and handled situations in a very unprofessional manner. Communication was poor, and the level of customer service fell well below expectations. My Ford truck was having issues while I was driving through this town and I stopped in to see if they could take a look. They were completely dismissive and said they wouldn’t even run a diagnostic code for me. I understand not being able to fit me in right away for service, but they wouldn’t run a code?!? Is acting like a human being too much to ask? At this place it is! Avoid!
