Terrible experience, started with an oil change When I found out three months later, that my filter was not tightened, and I barely had any oil left in my vehicle. Figured things happen and still gave the benefit of the doubt. Not too long after I needed an Engine I was told that I would have my vehicle back within a few weeks. Engine was ordered.
