They will not hesitate to misrepresent and corner you. Went in for an oil change and to have a front license plate attached after it wasn't during a state inspection certification. Booked the oil change online, specified model, synthetic oil, was quoted at ~$85. Pricey, but for good work/materials, sure. The staff at Charlie Obaugh was fantastic Jonah was great to work with during the buying process he was informative about the vehicles I test drove and an easy guy to talk to. He made the whole process quick and easy id recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle

Had a wonderful experience here from my sales associate, Jonah, to finance manager, Levi, and sales manager, Travis. Truly great people to work with and totally justified the near 5hr round trip drive to purchase from them. My time was respected, the process was seamless, the truck was prepped and ready for me when I arrived. I would happily buy from them again, but hoping to hang onto this one for a while.
Sadly I've had to change my review to one star This dealership has undergone unfortunately a dramatic transformation and they've become very rude particularly one person named Travis very smug and rude try to get something that Ford told me was for my brand new vehicle I purchased from them a few months ago and was told it's not their problem take it up with Ford and that's "my problem" .....direct quote.
