Do not go here!!!!! Scammed over a key fob. Tried to get them to do the right thing and give us the remote start key fob that Ford said the vehicle is supposed to have based on the vehicles vin number and Travis said it's not on the window sticker so it doesn't have it. When told that Ford said it does and all the software in the car is enabled. He told us to take it up with Ford then. That's your problem. Very rude and smug. Will never go there again for anything. Seems like they fired everyone when Obaugh took over. The on... read more
Sadly I've had to change my review to one star This dealership has undergone unfortunately a dramatic transformation and they've become very rude particularly one person named Travis very smug and rude try to get something that Ford told me was for my brand new vehicle I purchased from them a few months ago and was told it's not their problem take it up with Ford and that's "my problem" .....direct quote. Never mind the fact that I spent $42,000 on a brand new vehicle and my wife spent $40,000 on another brand new vehicle ju... read more
