RecommendedI’ve been going to Campus Eye Group for years and I’ve never had any problems. The only issue I have is even though you have an appointment you have to wait around a half hour after the fact to be called back. That’s happened to me a majority of times of been there. Other than that, it’s a great place with nice employees.
The Doctor was very sweet and helpful and the optical Manager Kim was very kind and extremely knowledgeable.
They have all you need for your eyes. Very nice.
I have been trying to get copies of my medical records since 6/25/20 (now 8/19/20) for a procedure I had done in February. Every time I call they are "not ready". I have left a message for the office manager who has yet to call me back. Shoddy operation with poor customer service.
Thanks for good, fast service. Very efficient and friendly. I also felt safe with their protocols. The masks and social distancing was in place.

The staff is always courteous. It's been easy to get an appt.
Practice safe distancing and not allow patients to sit side by side in an over- crowed waiting room. All employees should be required to wear gloves. Do not allow patients to use the same pen when signing in. We are ALL required to follow precaution during this virus epidemic especially a medical facility.
I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I received today at Campus Eye Group and can rest easy about my upcoming eye treatment on Friday.
