Dr Agnes was very helpful to me today. She clearly explained my “eye floaters” and did not rush me through my questions and concerns. Two thumbs up for this practice.
Last week I had my first eye exam at Campus Eye Group. I recently got married and moved to New Jersey. I have to say that I was really satisfied at the service I received. Everyone was professional and accommodating, from the front desk staff to the doctor and Lasik specialist. I was so impressed in fact that my wife and I will be scheduling our Lasik surgeries there in the coming months.
Not only was this the best investment I ever made in myself but the staff here at Campus Eye group is impeccable. Katya made me comfortable from the consultation appointment to after going home and following all her instructions. She explained to me what to expect and what I would feel so there would be no surprises. I would definitely recommend this procedure to anybody especially if you’re going to go with the Campus Eye Group.
The wait time is ridiculous. They schedule too many people at once. Each time I go there, there’s about 7-10 people already waiting. No seats available. The last 3 times I’ve been there, the wait time exceeded 2 hours. Not including seeing the actual doctor. All in all, entire process takes 3 hours if not more. Horrible! The doctors are nice, the staff, not so much.. especially this one lady with long dark hair.. she’s extremely rude to everyone.
Very professional and pleasant employees. Dr. Lax was great!
