Disappointed to say the least. Been coming here for 10 years after getting Lasik (which went great) and recommending my husband and friends to them. Today I waited 45 mins. Approached the desk after the waiting area cleared out and they ran around looking for my chart then said I would be seen very shortly only to have two more people that came in after me be seen. Really? I walked out disgusted in their miss mgmt. of their office.
I had a wonderful experience at Campus Eye Group. The receptionist were Pleasant and very helpful in answering any questions I had. The technicians were thorough, Professional and very skilled at their profession. My appointment was quick and painless and I was in and out. Thank you Campus Eye Group I would recommend you to everybody. K.k.
Easy to get an appointment. Everyone was very nice. Getting eyes done on December 1st. Will be back to comment.
Is there less than 1 star available? I had surgery back in 2007. They made a mistake on one of my eyes. 3 surgeries later it was not corrected. They gave me my money back but promised to still give me the lifetime of checkups. When I called for an appointment I was denied. I bring this up now, because the vision in that eye is quickly degrading. Beyond the incompetence, the moral bankruptcy to make a mistake and then go back on your word to service the health of a patient that they clearly compromised is unforgivable. Do you... read more
Was very pleased from Check in to check out! The staff was pleasant and friendly. Dr. Lax answerd whatever questions I had, and his bed side manners was exceptional.
I am only 1 day post op but AMAZED at the results. I was a nervous wreck and April coached me thru the whole thing (well the whole 5 minutes the procedure took ;) ). The staff is amazing! So kind! Especially April and Andrea! I will and have already highly recommended. Best decision I ever made! And to think it can only get better from here! Thank you guys :)
I recently had laser surgery for my glaucoma . I received great care and would highly recommend this facility to family and friends .
I got the LASIK surgery done 2 wks ago!! One of the best decisions I have made in my life!!! I have perfect vision!! I'm soooooo grateful!!! The staff were very kind and very informative!!! The surgery itself was quick! I waited longer for the surgery but every other appointment have been in and out! One negative - they aren't the greatest responding to phone messages/emails. Which isn't horrible in the grand scheme of things! Would I do it again? YES!! Would I use this facility again? DEFINITELY!!!
