The staff at CEV really went over and beyond to make my year there painless. I've seen comments about the internet speed, but luckily I never had an issue. Sure it slowed down at night when everyone was on it, but I never had any of the buffering issues streaming Netflix. But I do have to say, best part about this place, is was quiet in my room. My friends would get jacked up on Mt. Dew and raise hell, but we would go to my room, and unless they came barreling down to my door, I didn't hear them.

First things first, staff and management are great, stayed here last year and loved everything they had to offer me. I was able to meet so many new friends with the awesome events they held at the property. Second, the Internet. The Internet worked fine in my apartment and I think it was because everyone wasn't trying to run 20 things to the Internet at the same time. And if you are having issues just connect to the server and flush it yourself and it speeds everything up. You have to think, it has everyone's devices stored ... read more

Place has pretty terrible Internet, can't really stream Netflix or even game. But at least I still get email!

Update! If you live at CEV do not call the office if you lock yourself out of your room. They want to bill you 50 bucks to have them come unlock your door. Instead use an old credit card or something to unlock your door. I find this very disturbing because CEV often times moves strangers into the same apartment. Your privet rooms are not safe even if they are locked. definitely an eye opener for my own safety. Did i mention they don't allow you to have your own firearm in your residence? Horrible place to live, management is horrible!!! Very unorganized staff as well as the management. Messed up my lease and. Had me move out and then told me I owed rent and I was still responsible for another lease???? What! The time I lived there I was never respected and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. I recommend find somewhere else to live.
