RecommendedCEV is a great place to live. The staff is very kind and helpful. the clubhouse always has fun activities going on throughout the week for the residents!
CEV is a great place. I recommend sometimes you get bad roommates but the staff is helpful as long as you are respectful and treat like people.
Are the rooms too clean? Is the staff too nice? Do they care too much? These are the questions you have to ask when living at CEV. I can’t stop recommending these apartments to all my friends, and screaming CEV everywhere I go for the whole world to hear. Is it Campus Evolution Villages or Comfortable Extraordinary Villages? People are asking. 10/10 would recommend
My daughter has lived there for a year now and loves it! I’m not worried about her safety and love going to stay with her.
No matter what, you aren't getting your deposit back. They will find a way to keep it with their exorbitant "cleaning" charges. Don't count on getting it back.
I lived here in the summer of 2016. While I don’t have anything horrible to say, I also don’t have anything good to say. The main negatives are the high price, the filthy pool, and the condition of the apartments. Overall, not a terrible place, but there is much better in Canyon for less money.
The management is so fantastic! Always willing to stop and talk, answer my questions, and super friendly with pooch. Maintenance guys are good about trying the job done.
Unfortunately, paying almost $550 each month is not worth living here. The neighbors are rude, the apartment patio/staircases are filthy, everything seems to need to be fixed or replaced. All in all, they just need to upgrade and renovate.
I love Campus Evolution Villages!! I am currently in the application process and it’s been awesome. I can’t wait to live here. The staff has been amazing and so helpful. The assistant manager has been so helpful with all the questions me and my mom have. I attended their dead day party and it was so fun! I can’t wait to be living here in the future. I definitely recommend.
