Please don't live here. Look at the reviews, multiple accounts of crooked behavior from CEV. I saw at least one other account of my exact situation in the reviews. I spent my college years in this terrible apartment. Complete with 96 degree temperatures at times, a 4 foot diameter hole in the floor after it rotted out from a leaky door/clogged gutter that they didn't fix (I put in a work order for that), and many other issues.
