The general management does not care about you or your complaints. If you are not a dog owner, DO NOT LIVE HERE. I am currently in the process of filing regional and corporate complaints because the general management has done and will do nothing about the dog owner problem. I did not say dog problem because dogs are not pests, and their behavior is solely on the onus of their owner.
