They are so patient, and a professional business. The person on the phone is so kind and helpful
I booked an appointment yesterday over the phone for 10:30 AM. When I showed up today they said it was actually for 10:15 and that they were cancelling it and could not take me. I was immediately turned away. What made this especially frustrating is that there were three or four hairstylists sitting around on their phones, not actively working with clients, yet I was still told they “couldn’t accept” me. Betty is the only one I’ll let touch my hair. The other two girls did an awful job and or had bad customer service. The younger girl with all the piercings is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever interacted with, when I pay hundreds of dollars for a service I expect a relaxing atmosphere not constant ranting and tension between staff. I finally changed salons after one of the girls got hair dye ALL over my forehead and handed me a cloth and said wipe it off yourself..
