Ceca I'm a resident in Campus East and let me just say that CECA can find time to write citations and put them on the wrong door, because your inspector will not get out the car to verify the address and is just being lazy. But when are you going to find time to have someone come and pick up the trash that has been on the curb for the past month and a half. Someone needs to give CECA a citation for that [emailprotected]!p!
