Joseph was great! He showed us everything we needed to see and answered our questions so thoroughly. They also fit us in last minute and were so accommodating. Definitely request him if in need of a tour.
Maintenance was always extremely kind at our residence in 4415 Spruce Street, but we had a major mouse infestation for the whole two years we lived there. Pest control was dispatched on a near-weekly basis to make the small fixes that they could, but Campus Apartments did not take larger steps necessary to actually stop problem.
