My daughter is at the Simon this school year and my son will take over her apartment next school year. They are responsive, professional and holding good hours. My daughter also can have packages sent to them for her to pick up (for expensive items). Just great to work with!

This company is so unprofessional. I have waited 90 for the deposit and every day I call it’s a different excuse with no answer. They do not call back like promised and always say the manager is in a meeting . While they forget to put u on hold and you hear the whole convo. No one there knows what is going on . I have even emailed and called corporate numerous times and no reply . Next will be the pics and back up info .

Graduate school student here. 5 Stars. It took some time to come back and write this review (2 months later), but it's worth mentioning how awesome the place is. Carly was excellent and didn't mind checking out three different properties until I found the perfect one. I would set an appointment up with her if you're interested in checking out the location.
