4740 Pine St (The Westover) has a pest infestation issue that likely extends to 4720 and 4730 Pine too. Found some German cockroaches in my unit, and American cockroaches as well as a dead mouse in the basement. Recently moved in this month. Front office is pretty responsive and maintenance turnaround is usually around 48hrs so not too bad in that regard. $1350 for a 1-bed which is on the more affordable end considering the area, but that's not worth the trouble; if you're looking at Campus Apartments, don't, but if you must... read more
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Don't rent! These people are very unprofessional, they want to be looked like they are professional but they are not. Nobody plans their moving out 6 months ahead, and if you refuse to tour your apartments for good reasons like work, one shouldn't just come in and have a tour and even leave a stuff inside. I barely write a review, but this one I have to.
