Great place to reside . I love it !

I would strongly advise against renting here. Our building has had nonstop issues since the day we moved in. The laundry machine has been broken for over three weeks with zero real progress toward fixing it. On top of that, there is a constant rodent problem. Our kitchen floods every single week, and despite multiple maintenance requests, nothing has actually been resolved. We also had a serious security scare involving our unit keys. Management assured us the issue was fixed when it absolutely wasn’t.
The apartments are in very poor condition. When you report something that’s damaged, maintenance does come to fix it, but the results are usually not great. The neighbors often throw trash outside of the garbage bins, leaving the trash area dirty and messy all the time.
