I really wanted to love living here because the office staff has always been kind and respectful. Unfortunately, the staff can only do so much, and the ongoing issues with the property outweigh the positives. The biggest disappointment is the amenities we're paying for but rarely get to use. The pool is almost never open, even during extreme heat, and instead of finding a way to keep it available for residents while addressing rule violations, it just stays closed. They do dumb ish like close the pool for weeks in the summer knowing it’s 90 degrees plus
This place they put on a sign office is open 8:30 to 5:30 but I come to many different times office is closed
