Unprofessional & rude maintenance doesn’t fix anything

Amazing experience with staff, But the towing situation is really unprofessional and out of hand. 320 dollers if you get towed. And when you register theres no way to tell on the website that you HAVE to go in a visitors spot. And if you go in a visitors spot theirs no way to know about the website no QR code no link ECT. Not to mention the towing company who they have a contract with damaged my car in the process of towing it.
First Apartment key in 2005 given had construction supplies everywhere, toilet in the living room so then I got frustrated cause I had uhaul outside.
