Very sweet and quick to solve. Very pleased with the receptionist today. Doctor John is very good doctor I am happy with him. Place is v clean. Today receptionist was very helpful and nice. Dr Rizwana is v good doctor as well.
The front desk reception who speak both chinese shanghainess and english, very professional and detailed email response with updates and overtime takecare of my parents while in their office after hour emergency visits.
I have had lovely interractions with Dr Joon Baik Sung, physio Leo Ho and reception staff. However I found Dr Winnie Hsu very condescending, rude and lacking empathy. I was shocked that she was using an accusatory tone to blame me for misunderstanding what the terms and conditions of a healthcare plan involved. This is despite the fact that I went out of my way on a Friday afternoon to drive back to the practice to rectify the issue as she requested.
