D. Elton Lin is a deeply disappointing doctor who completely lacks the compassion expected of someone in the medical profession. Shockingly, he told a patient that she was “wasting his time” by coming to see him — a statement that is both unprofessional and devoid of empathy. I have been waiting more than 50 minutes for an appointment, the worst customer service with delays. I don't get an appointment here,
I visited this practice as I would like to have appointments with Dr Jeffrey Lai. This practice receptionist has zero customer service skills. They boombarded me several calls even though I said I would definitely get a referral letter by Friday midday and confirm with them. They still sent messages and called me. I was late to my appointment because they were trying to get me filled in the form and paid first before I went to my appointment.
