Receptionists are extremely rude. Tried to get an appointment with a doctor to see my baby however, they refused to give me an appointment on the day. The doctors on the other hand are great.
Doctors are great, but the receptionist are rude and unhelpful. The old team of receptionist are much more friendly.
The secretary leaves the phone on voicemail for lunch for two hours during the week. Always a good sign.
