Campsie medical practice service is good, doctor is qualified and experienced. Staff are qualified as well. Very good service
Made an appointment and was seen on time. Friendly receptionists, great nurse who was easy to talk to, and knowledgeable, caring, and efficient doctor. EDIT: wrote this review 6 years ago, and I've been seen by multiple doctors at this practice. They're the absolute best GPs I've ever encountered, they allow me to self-advocate, they pay attention, their referrals are top-notch. If I leave the area I'm still coming back here. 100/10
Dr. Bernard Tse is truly the heart and soul of this clinic. Many patients specifically seek out his care because of his professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to each individual's well-being. His presence sets a high standard for compassionate care. In contrast, Dr Elton Lin shows a clear lack of patience and empathy toward his patients — not even a fraction of what Dr. Tse demonstrates. D. Elton Lin is a deeply disappointing doctor who completely lacks the compassion expected of someone in the medical profession. Shockingly, he told a patient that she was “wasting his time” by coming to see him — a statement that is both unprofessional and devoid of empathy. The patient was not attending by personal choice, but rather at the instruction of the reception staff, who informed her that the doctor needed to discuss her test results in person.
