I recently visited synergy for an x-ray and I was so impressed with the service from start to finish. I would give 10 stars if I could !
I came here this afternoon for a ultrasound. Unfortunately, I thought I had booked an appointment via their app yesterday, but it didn't come through. They told me I could come in and wait to be seen. Although I did wait about an hour or so, the staff were amazing. From greeting me on arrival, to taking me through to the waiting area, they were so kind and helpful. My radiographer, Jenny, was amazing! I’m disappointed with the long waiting time despite having a scheduled appointment. It defeats the purpose of booking a time if patients are left waiting for so long. It was frustrating and made the whole experience stressful. I hope they improve their scheduling and respect patients’ time better...
I can’t stress enough how kind this facility is. The mri technicians were very professional. From the beginning of the call the staff member lina spoke so gently and kindly to me and made me feel at so much ease despite all the health problems i’m going through. I am so relieved to secure a booking while every other place was fully booked. seriously great service!
