I have had consultation with Dr Won Hyun Baik. He is a very good, kind, helpful and very approachable doctor. I have asked for document filled out and signed which he helped me with my health insurance. The staff particularly the korean lady is very nice too. phone calls are mostly answered immediately and easy to book appointment that suits my schedule. I have been coming for consultations here for years.
Rude and dismissive behaviour by Dr Maria Qadri after my sister’s car accident. She refused to issue the required Certificate of Capacity, claiming the booking was for a short consult, yet still charged for a long consultation. We requested the certificate at the start, but she insisted we go to another GP after finishing her consult. Very unprofessional and added extra stress on top of an already stressful accident situation. Never going back to this medical centre.
Terrible time management. I always book my appointments days in advance, but every single time I end up waiting 30–60+ minutes past my scheduled time. An 11:00 or 11:30 appointment turns into being seen at 12:30. It’s a complete waste of time. They really need a proper system, like text updates, to let patients know when their turns are about to come so that they dont end up wasting 30-60+ minutes waiting Very disappointing with the service and feels like reception girls dont care at all when asked .
