Now finally DR. Shrawan narayan is back, i had my visit today and consulted with him, he’s so nice and have vast knowledge of medical field , well experienced.No doubt, you can have a consult with him have and great experience. 👍
I don't think the people hired in reception understand basic english. I made a request, and they advised me that next week there is a dr in for it. I show up, just for it not to be it. Waste of time and absolutely incompetent. I wish I could give this place a 0. The new staff are pathetic.
Had a very bad experience with dr bal. He is very rude and arrogant to his patients. No politeness. I would never like to vist this clinic again.
I went in for a flu shot and was told to pick up the vaccine vial from the chemist and return for the injection. After getting the vial, I handed it to reception. She told me to hold onto it, leave the vaccination form, and wait. Nearly an hour passed while others who arrived later were seen. When I asked, reception found the nurse had skipped my form, assuming I hadn't brought the vial-even though I had. She never called my name, didn't apologize, and laughed off the mistake.
