The female doctor was over 80 minutes late to my appointment — no apology, no explanation, and the reception staff were left in the dark the whole time. When she finally arrived, she acted like nothing had happened. I came in with a genuine concern and was told to go see my old GP instead, because she’s only at the clinic “once in a blue moon.” If she’s not available for follow-ups or ongoing care, why is she even accepting new patients? Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
Why do people go to the hospital? I went in because I had been dizzy and vomiting for 4–5 hours. It turned out not to be food poisoning, but due to high blood pressure. Since the episode, I've had a lingering sense of dizziness—it’s been hard to walk or even speak properly. But when I explained this, the doctor simply said, "You're fine, stop exaggerating, you'll be okay in 2–3 days."
