HORRIBLE, I MEAN HORRIBLE AUTO BODY SHOP *** DO NOT USE THIS CHOP SHOP **** WE TOOK OUR CAR THERE FOR AUTOBODY REPAIR DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. WE DROVE IT OFF THE LOT, AND STRAIGHT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT THEY PUT OUR CAR BACK TOGETHER USING "WOOD SCREWS" YES WOOD SCREWS AND CHICKEN WIRE!!!!! THE CAR WOULD NOT MAINTAIN IN THE LANE. COULD NOT DRIVE IT! THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT, THE AG OFFICE , FIO, BBB AND OUR ATTORNEY TAKING THEM DOWN. Ladies do not take your car here. They are not trust worthy and they do bad business! My sister was supposed to get her car fixed and they scammed her out of $500 and did not fix her car. With the economy being the way it is and for people to behave as they did is unacceptable!

As a woman with a car that’s in need of work this was the most horrible place and experience I’ve endured. First and foremost their customer service is trash because they don’t communicate accurately with each other. Marco which is one of the sons and who I spoke to is never there or answered his phone. He gave me a quote which was doable but had discord about the deposit . Went down to the shop spoke to Rafael and Victoria and the deposit and she translated everything I said, we agreed upon a time period , a deposit amount ... read more
