A true family run business. I have lived in one of their buildings for three years, and they have always displayed kind, ethical, prompt, professional service. Dana, the head of maintenance is extrordinary! I am moving on, but will remember my time here fondly.
We've been Campobasso tenants for over 10 years now in 2 separate buildings. Service has been fantastic and prompt, rent increases always fair and reasonable. I'd recommend them to anybody. We're particularly happy with 483 Summer, including the in-unit amenities there and the location. For the gentleman complaining about the buyout terms, READ YOUR LEASE. Suggesting that not just as an attorney, but as an adult. 🙂

Fantastic family business run by kind, professional people. The building I live in is kept in excellent condition, and the maintenance team is on top of everything. My AC wouldn't turn on, and somebody came by within the hour to investigate the matter. Another hour later, and a new AC was being installed. Highly recommend!
We lived at 100 Broadway for nearly 2 years and had a great experience! We moved to the building from out-of-state, site unseen, and feel very fortunate that we stumbled across such an attentive and professional management company. The building was quiet and extremely well-maintained by Dana and his team, and our apartment was reasonably priced for the location and amenities.
