I bought a new camper off Mckenna a couple months ago. I was very pleased with the service she provided. I was looking at two different campers from two companies that were the same price. At the end of the day, it’s a camper. I bought this camper off McKenna because people make the difference. She was amazing to deal with, great personality, and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend giving her a call !
What a great experience with our first camper purchase, we had a friend pre-shop who knew a lot about RV’s. He met McKenna and referred us over to her. Smooth process with excellent customer service even after the purchase when I had questions. They went as far as to drop an extra cord off at my home! Highly recommend!
I've tried a few times to get a final price of some trailers through email/text and they insist to book an appointment or a phone call. We are in 2025...things can be done quickly. That was the only dealership that does not provide pricing by text. What a waste of time for both (customer and business).
Really greasy sales tactics, act like your friend while trying to get you to just sign here quickly. I had an appointment Saturday when I showed up they had no record of it ( I had been texted a confirmation the night before with the date and time of my appointment). They advertise big sales but it’s “1% off the finance rate”. Salesman was telling me the wrong price during the whole walk thru; until he brought out his coloring book he calls his paperwork, that’s when they decide your finance period and rate without consolida... read more
