We recently decided not to proceed with a purchase at your dealership due to concerns with the proposed terms. Our General Manager quoted a specific price, assuring us there would be no additional fees. However, the agreement listed a sale price almost $10,000 higher, which was unsettling. Stopped by to look at trailers and was put off by the salesman. He was tacky, and just cringy. Not a professional experience—I cringing above it right now just writing this.
I bought a new camper off Mckenna a couple months ago. I was very pleased with the service she provided. I was looking at two different campers from two companies that were the same price. At the end of the day, it’s a camper. I bought this camper off McKenna because people make the difference. She was amazing to deal with, great personality, and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend giving her a call !
