Service never never never answers their phone. very poor service. they put a brand new refrigerator in my RV in November 2018. now four months later the refrigerator doesn't work.
Their service is terrible, their customer service rots and the people do not know their job. Bought a camper in april, a 2016 and it has been in the shop more than in our possesion.
Received the sale flyer in the mail yesterday and went today to get some needed items that were listed. None were on sale and the clerks acted like they knew nothing. The one ringing me up said I should pay attention to the dates listed. I came home and retrieved the flyer, and there are no "starting" dates. Every page says "prices good through July...." Always backed up for weeks, favors sales over customers.
This place is a joke it's been in the shop for a week thats right 1 week for a piece of trim, 1 cushion, and replace 12 v battery, remember 1 week, we show up to pick it up and the only thing done is cushion, this place is happy to sell you a 20,000 rv but when you need service well all I can say is good luck. Never again
We purchased a new Motorcoach at LaMesa RV. The problems began driving off the lot. What a mistake. Started visiting Camping World locations and noticed a huge difference in service. Returned the MC and purchased a different model at CW. Excellent service!!!
Bought our travel trailer here in 2012 and anytime we needed anything or had any questions they were great! Everyone there is always friendly and helpful...We love our Camping World!!
