horrible business here. put an offer on a 2014 heartland sundance 288RLS online, they told me to come in. I get there and look at the unit. I knew coming in it was in rough shape but man was it bad there still was cat crap in the master closet so that tells me no one even cleaned this thing. found a lot of things that need repairs. But when you own something for 6 years and do nothing to it for maintenance things add up. Roof, sealing, wax, just cleaning the underside after having it in snow. Bring down prices! Keep promises made during a sale! Honesty is not found here! Do NOT pick-up your RV until all items are repaired as promised - then and only then - make your payment!
camping world did not deliver my camper complete, there are parts and pieces missing, an employee told me they took parts from it for other models. camping world is not responding and not taking responsibility
Buyers beware Don’t buy an rv from here. We bought a new rv and when we did the walk threw we noticed stains on the walls. They said no problem we will make an appt to take care of it. Ok, no problem we take it back and now they say it’s not covered. Buyers go buy an rv somewhere else!!!!!! This place is horrible!!!!!
They don't stand behind the products that you buy from them. If you're a first time buyer, they put the "screws" to you. We put $5,000 cash down, & when they were finished adding all the extra charges...our down payment deducted about $100 off the sales price. So "Buyer Beware"!!
We just bought an RV from Tony Reid. Everyone was great to work with and the purchase was very smooth! It was truly a fun experience!
