Do not use service department. Kept our camper almost 8 months to replace two awning arms and propane/electric refrigerator. At pickup did not tell us refrigerator they installed was electric only. We did not want electric only refrigerator. It took 15 minutes for them to remove versus 6 hours labor charge on invoice to swap propane/electric to electric we were not told about. Run as far as you can from this place.
Went into the store to buy a camper and was rushed to make a deposit of $500 and buy insurance for $317 for a year without a contract being written up by the salesperson Rashaan. He sent us on our way saying basically that we had made the deal and it turned out that we had not . We cancelled the insurance but the $500 deposit by check that was deposited by Camper World has not been returned. Is there a way to give less than 1 star? Reading through these reviews, it is clear that there are many total BS ones put in to make this place look better than it is. No customer service, and they don't care either. We left our camper there for 3 minor issues the 2nd week of August - fridge issue, furnace check, and a ripped seal. After walking around it with the service rep, Jon, agreed to have bearings packed since we have (well, HAD now) a long trip planned for Thanksgiving.
