Total horrible experience. Zero stars A tech arrived to give us our “camper class” and told us we were not supposed to be in the camper rather rudely. He said he did not have time to prepare, was not familiar with the unit, but would go over the basics because they are all basically the same, and only had an hour allotted for the class.
