Was very pushy towards the end which made things very uncomfortable. You’re in sales. Sometimes you get a sale sometimes you don’t. And if people that work in this profession don’t get nor understand that then maybe you shouldn’t be working in sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The retail area is terrible and not a varied selection. This should be noted on the website before people make a hour drive.
It was a nightmare. They had my unit for one full month. I booked an appointment. It was supposed to be done in 3 days. They called me to say it was ready. I went in today and it wasn't ready. It's a Mickey mouse outfit. You can't talk to anybody in service half the time you're on hold for half an hour 40 minutes. The receptionist comes back on the line and asks if you want to leave your name and number or someone will get back to you. I worked with Taylor G in service for my warranty repair and she was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to make sure everything was good, she was professional, easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful in all aspects of the repair. Clinton the tech was also very friendly, did an amazing job and was very respectful and courteous.
