Bought camper brand new in September 2018. Didn’t have an awning and was promised new one, included that language in the financing. Never got a call. Called them every week and nothing. Had to go there on my own dime in December 2018 and the president or whoever personally took me to the service desk and promised it would be taken care of, opened a new work order.... it is now April 2019 and they have not called me a single time. Largest RV dealer in the US and I have been trying 8 months to get service done on my RV but the service department can’t get their sh&$ together. Unbelievable how a corporation would allow one of their stores to conduct business the way they do. They definitely need some better over site at this location.
had an advertised clearance price and wrote it up 1000 more . plus it was a 2018 and had some storm damage
The people are nice. I mean we could not shake the sales people off with a Taser gun!! Once the sales are final and the sales people make their commission you were no longer thought about from anyone! The receptionist should take more classes on how to be a receptionist and relay messages to the store manager as well as a service manager. They will be great until the point the sale is made. Once all of your paperwork is signed good luck! If you have any service items your they will screw you around and never fix anything!! Do your research before you purchase from these people.
Finish the sale process, delivery, payoff and registration in a timely manner.
No customer service at all. Sale went semi quick. Friendly salesman. Post sale help sucks. I still don’t have my keys, I’m using a temporary set I was given. I have a leak, my trailer brakes don’t work, the lights underneath were never wired up, and service can’t schedule me for a month. I needed a dependable place for my parents to stay post storm.
Very poor customer service after the sale. Service department/gm cannot satisfactorily handle problems on a new sale..ref. Ted Gentry on pics below. Coach has been idle since closing. I guess once the check clears you are only your own. Would not recommend camping world on my worst enemy.
