2 years ago this month bought a brand new fifth wheel had it 7 days the wheel came off did $8,000 damage Camping World had my RV 8 months I had to get an attorney to get it back. 15 days ago I had a blowout damage the trailer took it back to Camping World now I still don't have an estimate even 15 days after they've had it looks like I'm going to have to get an attorney again
Our last Service with Camping World turned out to be our last. We took our unit in to have 2 things done a new power strip and the roof pkg and wash. When we picked it up the 5 th Wheel was a mess hadn't been washed the roof protector was all in our 6 slides well they quickly wanted to wash it and we could not get our slides to run properly they didn't replace the power strip that we asked they replaced the batteries. We took delivery of a used 2014 Grey Wolf 25RR on Saturday Dec 2nd from Indianapolis Camping World. After getting it home, we noticed a few problems that had not been pointed out but my husband is able to fix even tho it will take him some time. We also decided to cancel the Extended Service agree after researching it further. I have to say, that I called and talked with Vicky and so far we are very happy with her response time and considerations.
Buyer beware I would not recommend anyone to buy a RV at camping world the service is below acceptable just like previous reviews we brought a camper unaware of roof leaks and of course they don't want to fix it it's been in the service department for six weeks and hasn't been pulled in yet to even be look that they winterize the camper without authorization charging me $125 if you need an RV please please go somewhere else
Terrible sales, terrible service. As stated above, Dan never talk to anyone or receive a call back. They are so irresponsible they paid $17k to the wrong bank trying to pay off my trade in and instead paid the money towards my tow vehicle! Upper mangament down could have cared less until they realized I had $17k in their money. Even then they were not very respectful people. Avoid like the plague if you can! We paid a premium price for our RV since they knew we had to purchase an RV that day. Unfortunately, they didn't test for water leaks and we had 3 major leaks. The worst one was the washer line was open and so water was coming out full blast from the hydrant on the basement. Service was good that day inasmuch as we had to leave that day and they did install the hitch but it was costly. Also, they did pay the expense of repairing the ice maker but overall, I would not recommend them.
Worst service ever. Even after the second visit,not one item on my list was done completely and properly. Two items were not done at all.
****BEWARE*** DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I would give them 0 stars if possible!! Their service sucks, their communication (or lack there of) sucks!! You can't get thru to speak to anyone to tell them how BAD they are, and they wont call us back!! I will never buy anther thing from any camping World! I will tell EVERYONE not to buy from these people!!! As soon as they make the sale ( a new travel trailer) you are on your own!!!
I completely agree with the previous reviewer. Have never experienced as many A holes in one place.
