This place literally saved our vacation! Our camper place, in Clarksville, Indiana, would not even consider fixing our camper. They had it from april 2018 until after memorial day weekend and didn't fix the problems. We went to Kings Mountain Campers Inn and within a few days it was fixed. I can't say enough good about the staff -- they're wonderful!!! Would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you again!!!
Just bought our first NEW camper from campers inn at Kings Mtn!! From Danny the sales guy, to John the finance guy, to Shane and Ben our technicians, the customer service was amazing.. We will definitely be recommending them to others! Thank you to all of you guys 😊
Service department is horrible. They have had our camper more than we have over the last 3 months and it is still not repaired correctly. We now have our camper back & it’s not fixed and is unhealthy for our family to us as the water damage has now caused mold. Overall communication about service is terrible as well. I do NOT recommend!
WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST TRAVEL TRAILER AT CAMPERS IN RV, JORDEN WAS OUR SALES PERSON. HE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE HAD, SHOWED US SEVERAL TRAVEL TRAILERS. HE WASNT PUSHY AT ALL. HE LET US LOOK AT OUR OWN PACE I WISH ALL SALES PEOPLE WERE LIKE HIM.. JORDEN AND THE STAFF MADE BUYING EASY. THANK YOU SO MUCH BILL AND APRIL YELTON
Trade event was awesome. Daniel Brumley, my sales person, set up the deal on the phone and the exchange was flawless. The deal was fair. Shane, the RV prep person was very knowledgeable and had the unit ready to go within the promised time frame.
We finally got to go out in the Chaparrall 298RLS we bought in Feb. this past week. Well, despite the horror stories on the web about nothing working, everything leaks, doors falling off, switches dead, and other discomforts... we found the opposite. Everything works perfectly. Not one booboo or let down, not a drip, leak, stuck door, drawer, unresponsive switch, or any “what the heck” moments in the 4 day venture.
