I recently bought a new 2021 RV from Campers Inn Kings Mountain, NC and the sales experience was dreadful. From the promises on delivery of the RV not being met, to the lack of communication on when the RV would be delivered, to the poor experience with the service department when we scheduled installation of a hitch 14 days prior to pick up only to be delayed when they called the day before telling us they did not have the hitch in stock and didn't order it to the actual pick up day when they prepped the wrong RV and tried ... read more
GiGi is a great sales woman! Zero issues from beginning to end, super timely response and great communication. Bubba the service tech is awesome!!! He worked so hard getting our set up completed even with a few issues with the hitch he made sure we were taken care of and satisfied! Super friendly and helped us with all the information we needed and questions we had. Definitely would recommend!
Went by there today to see about a camper listed....stepped inside to ask for a salesperson and was told we couldn't be in the building without a mask.....which was fine, cause we were going to go outside to look at a very likely purchase. the lady was told this...and insisted on the mask before she offered a salesperson.....we would have gladly waited outside for the salesperson....but oh well. off to Country Camping corner we go!!
The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Policies are in the best interest of their profit, not your budget. New management has not improved this place. We've been disappointed every time we've been the past 7 years. Get an appointment at Camping World in Spartanburg. Husband called Campers Inn and explained our service need. Our son accidentally dropped the cover on the AC fan while it was on; it broke a fan blade. We bought a new fan but couldn't get the old fan off. We simply needed a technician to remove ... read more
Highly highly recommend visiting this place! What started out as “just going to look to get an idea of what we like” quickly turned into signing for one that day. I loved the atmosphere with the no pressure feeling. What could have been a super stressful purchase was made super easy and stress free. I will be back to visit them in the future! #HappyCampers
Being a member of a nationally recognized RV inspection organization, you get mixed results when you show up at a dealership. I wanted to say how wonderfully warm and friendly my reception was today by my customers salesman Tyler, his manager Tracy and detail manager Tim. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating!! It really makes your job so much nicer having people that are ready and willing to help as I am helping my customer know their coach better! Kudos to the Campers Inn crew!! we bought a camper two weeks ago we have had problems from day one we live about an hour and a half away from them and our a/c thermostat is messed up and they want us to take it off and drive down there so they can give us a new one. it looks like they could mail us one and we could mail the bad one back instead of driving down there
