Purchased a new motorhome which had a few minor issues, the after sales service was non existent. i was told to fix the problems myself, that's the last time i will be dealing with them.
They are ok when selling you a Caravan, but don't expect any after sales service. We purchased a brand-new Hitch Hika Caravan from Camperagent and took delivery in January 2021. We probably only took it out Locally about half a dozen times, due to being laid up with health issues. I lent my caravan to our daughter for the 2023 Easter long weekend.
