We had a roof issue while traveling that was under warranty. Camper City was the closest dealer. They told us to bring the trailer in immediately and they would put it under cover as storms were predicted. They then made time to contact the manufacturer and make the repairs in a timely manner so we could be on our way. I can't say enough good about the folks we dealt with and their willingness to help us.
