I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this smash repair shop. My interaction with Tim was unprofessional and unpleasant. His communication was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, and at no point did I feel valued as a customer. During our conversation, some of his comments made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, and I felt that I was treated differently compared to other customers. I'm extemely pleased with the quality of workmanship and comprehensive service I recieved at campbeltown smash repairs, following an incident that required some repairs to the front end of my vehicle.
