Had my appointment cancelled twice with 3.5 hours notice. Also had to wait over an hour past my appointment times even at 10am in the morning which is when my particular Dr starts each day. Terrible service .
Bad service You wait for two hours or more for your turn which will never come. Rude people and don’t have to talk to Patience. If they can’t get to all the people that have then don’t take this much Patience, They don’t makes sense at all. Never going back
Every Dr in this joint need to retire, what's the point of making a booking when you're basically gonna sit there for hours.
I had a very disappointing experience. The team was unprofessional, and Dr. Youssef Tadrous was extremely rude. He did not take the time to understand my concerns, and the examination felt rushed and careless. What was most uncomfortable was that he openly asked the receptionist in front of me whether I had paid, which gave the impression that payment was more important than patient care. Overall, I found the service unprofessional and would not recommend him.
