Brian is very honest. He's not the cheapest around, but has done everything possible to repair my vehicles for a very reasonable price. And the repairs last or he makes it right. He's also upfront about expensive repairs and provides options. When the A/C fan switch went out on my 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it was going to be very expensive to fix because it meant puling the dash. I've known Brian since I got booted into St. Mary's in eighth grade I dread to say some 40 years ago. Last year, unfortunately my beautiful wife fell ill to leukemia, and we spent almost the whole year at Siteman. Anytime myself or the kids had a car problem, we called Cheri and it was fixed immediately, and sometimes I never even saw a bill. He has a heart of gold. And I have sent many customers his way.
