Fantastic service from Travis
Mike and Travis were great they got me in and out quick . I love my new to me ID4!🙂
Poor! didn't respond when asked questions. Said they'd respond by 5 days. 2 weeks later and nothing. Included second key in purchase of car, but every step of the way they tried to charge us.
Travis worked hard to make a deal I was comfortable with. There was no pressure and he was very easy to work with. After we came to an agreement, Ismael in finance explained all the documents which needed to be signed in detail and answered any questions I had. It was a completely transparent process and got me a better than anticipated financing rate. Highly recommend Campbell Volkswagen if you are in the market for a vehicle!
