Customer Service needs improvement in Lake Worth office. The front desk older woman does not answer the phone. Left voice message, no call back to residence. Maybe, its a bad day for her. So, I showed up in office and I'm met with all kinds of excuses. All in all, I got what I needed but even that I had to jump through hoops with my information on file. Nonetheless, hope they take this feedback as constructive criticism and make adjustments where necessary. Now, I know how renters feels!!!
