RecommendedThey were extremely thorough, especially considering the temps were over 90 degrees and humid. I can't even imagine the temps in the attic!!! Answered all my questions and the reports were very detailed and with many photos and gave me a look at the possible consequences of the minor faults they found. Gave me peace of mind that there are no "unforeseen/catastrophic" faults with the house. Thank you Jeff and son....

I highly recommend Jeff and his team; they were diligent, thorough, and extremely informative. Jeff went above and beyond when he actually went below and beyond into an unpleasant crawlspace. And, he produced the report in a very timely manner. If you need a home inspection, this is the guy to call.
The team was very thorough in assessing the property I was looking to purchase. They looked over everything I expected and more. Thankfully they did, as their inspection brought up numerous issues which allowed me to realize the house was not for me.
