Ever since Campbell Plaza Apartments changed to a new management company (IPS) things have been disorganized and very little communication about changes to our lease agreement. For example, I have not been billed for utilities for about 5 months. I am not sure what is going on and I have yet to hear back anything from IPS about how they plan rectify situation. The new property management group has obviously disrupted many of the functional processes of Campbell Plaza in the few short months I've lived here since they took over. Now they're pushing changes to how they bill water -- excessively delayed water billing (5 months!) is in violation of lease terms for "timely billing at pace Owner is billed", and recent proposal to change how water billing is calculated requires advanced notice and could not be applied retroactively to these delinquent water charges the property managemen... read more
The worst administration, only bad experiences, the apartments are good, good location, but there are always problems and extra charges for all, the pipe is old and always damaged, and if you want to rent there, you can forget your deposit, I literally have a video of how I leave the apartment and they denied it.
The management—Lindsey and Genoveva—act as if they own the apartments; they are both alike and look down on people. Genoveva, in particular, laughs at others and is incredibly sarcastic. They ought to be professional in their work; as a resident, one has the right to express oneself, be heard, and receive solutions—not to be mocked. Honestly, I do not recommend living here. Even the maintenance worker is very rude and unprofessional; these three people make life miserable for you.
