Always under new management and they have no clue what they're doing!
Should be shut down.and i will. Be calling my lawyer to shut it down
Takes forever for maintenance to fix anything,they always saying they gotta fix something else
well once again there are new management and they have decided to bring in there own crew of people to do the cleaning ,landscape and maintenance. So since we are no longer there I wish to say I have very much enjoyed working and getting to know the last group managers and maintenance people. and many people I have met there as tenants.
Campbell Place needs to clean up it's act. I know they recycle ancient appliances, no big deal. But recycling 5-10 year old carpet? Where is our rent money going if not improvement in conditions, maintenance etc? Ratings/morale will increase when efforts are put forth to benefit tenants too. Stop painting over smoke stains in the walls-start making your apts homes. I'll become a part time owner/manager and show you the FULL potential in this property.
