Reliable and honest – This place is very reliable and honest. I've brought in my truck a couple times with separate problems and Campbell Ford was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed the same day. The service here is awesome.

Reliable Auto Mechanic – Awesome place to go if you need a reliable auto mechanic in the area. Prices and parts are cheaper than your local dealership and these guys can get the job done. They'll also call you to let you know what needs to be done and how much it will be. I've never had a problem here.

I bring my Expedition here, and these guys have won my trust. I had a small leak in my power steering, and after discussion, decided not to fix that. They've done all my other small repairs to complete satisfaction. I like it that they check all my car's fluids and tire pressures when i get the oil changed. Reasonable prices, too.

always a great job! – I will never take my car to another auto shop. I've been here with my Civic for large and small repairs, and they always do me (and Big Red) right. Always explain what's going on in words I understand, never do a dollar's more work than they deem necessary, and call with any updates.

Honest! – As a young woman I am wary of auto repair shops. Like most others, I simply drive my car and am glad it works, and have no idea how to fix the inner workings when something breaks. The most thorough service, followed up relentlessly – We have received the most thorough service! Not only all the problems have been diagnosed and fixed at the most reasonable price. (One of the "minor" problems turned out to be a faulty alternator.) They have followed up with us relentlessly. At any moment, we knew exactly what was being done to the car, when the ordered parts were arriving, etc.

Explains thouroughly and gets the job done – I have been taking our Fords to Ron and his staff at Campbell Ford for a number of years and have always been happy with the service there. Whether working on the classic Mustang, our Explorer, or one of several other Fords we have owned, we have the confidence the problem will be found, explained thoroughly, and corrected. I have recommended Campbell Ford to my friends on several occasions.

Service done on time, no surprises! – I've been a customer of Campbell Ford ever since Swanson Ford in Los Gatos closed. Every service has been done on time without ANY surprises. I've always been impressed with the quality of their work, and the friendly atmosphere. Whenever I've gone to the dealership, I always have the feeling that their padding the work order, and looking for up-sell opportunities. I would highly recommend Campbell Performance Ford!
