The individual that performed the service on our vehicle was very professional. He made sure we understood each step of the process and answered any question we had was answered in a manner that made sure we understood.
Great experience with Campbell Ford and Erik Blad (salesman, def ask for Erik) was great! When working with Erik, I told him what I needed/wanted in a truck, what I had as a trade and the expected trade value. He gave me a VERY FAIR offer on the trade and located an awesome truck that checked off all my wants ... and then some! Bill Fletcher in finance was super easy to work with.
