Had an unfortunate incident hitting a huge pothole on my way to work down to Indiana driving down from Wisconsin. Told them what happened and I’m only in town for a week. They understood and fit me into the schedule. The car was fixed, and heading back home. Thank you Campbell Ford.
Jason was wonderful to work with! He made the process easy. I really dislike sales people, Jason did not present as a salespersons.
Ford Mobile service is top notch. Campbell Ford provided great service from calling and setting up the appointment to the crew who showed up at my office to complete the works on my truck. I have used the mobile service 3 times now and am a huge fan. Try it - you will be glad you did.
