Service Department once again did not keep to its word. I really want to support my home town dealership but when the service and attitude is this bad it’s hard too. Unfortunate because I will not be back.
Well I wouldn’t buy anything from this company the salesman for the rv department is a joke, as far as there trailers don’t know much about what they carry.
On our way home from Branson, we lost the turbo while pulling our camping trailer. We limped our truck with trailer to Campbell Ford in Ozark, MO. They got us right in, and quickly diagnosed the problem. After getting the part installed we were back on the road. We could not be more grateful to all the employees at Campbell Ford for taking care of us on the spot!!!
