I have had nothing but exceptional positive interaction with Jay, and Pam over many years involving many different projects. Contrary to what's posted by a single poster who failed to outline, why it's a terrible company, why it's disrespectful, and why an ex-employee would claim unprofessional customer service unless maybe he was responsible for that himself? Is it possible the post is from someone who was asked to perform WORK to EARN their Paycheck and didn't like that?
