My preemie is seeing Dr. Campbell currently and we love him. He is very proactive with her care, when other doctors could dismiss her slow weight gain he is staying on top of it, us going back every two weeks. He listens and takes the time to explain the numbers and all. Very satisfied.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere
