Doctor and nurses were fast and pleasant to interact with. Doctor Sherman makes you feel at ease and knows you personally. He advises you of all options and recommends the best and least painful way to proceed. The front desk is partly computerized, and has very few forms to fill out. The next improvement step would be to offer iPads to the patients to fill out instead of paper. Waiting time to be called is minimal. Even though the older facility is under major renovations, signage is clear and available for directions. It's still clean and the staff and faculty are so nice to everyone. plus you can get an appointment quicker with an orthopedic surgeon than our primary care physician's office at Regional One. We also appreciate the reminder calls and texts.
