my physical tormentor, err therapist at Southavens branch is really sweet and finds new ways to terrorize, I mean make my body strong, so if you need a great physical terrorist, err therapist... hahaha auto correct is so silly isnt it? 😬 I recommend seeing Tanya 😍
I love Dr.Azar and his staff. They helped me with everything that had to Do with my injury and work without any complaints. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor
The medical care is excellent. The administrative side however needs work. My temporary disability claim was pre approved for my January 15 ankle replacement surgery. My claim was subsequently closed Feb 4 because Campbell Clinic Staff will NOT respond to insurance company’s request for information from insurance company. I did not even see my doctor again until Feb 13. Unfortunately, I didn’t know my claim was closed until I didn’t get payment on Friday Feb 15. No one at CC will take responsibility, instead simply bouncing ... read more
