Very knowledgeable & professional
Emily actually listened to me and my concerns. She was the 4th person I have seen at Campbell plus a vist to the ER. Finally, I believe we are on the right track of finding the issue with my leg and hopefully getting it fixed
Campbell Clinic’s billing process is intentionally misleading. They split charges across multiple entities without ever making that clear, then fail to send proper invoices before sending balances to collections. When contacted, they take no responsibility and direct you elsewhere, wasting time and creating stress. This kind of system is designed to confuse and trap patients in medical debt. It’s unethical, and it needs to be exposed.
The doctor Lauren Hill was professional, caring and thorough. Upon scheduling further appointments at the front desk the young lady at appointment counter had a negative disposition in customer service.
