1 star for the receptionists. The one receptionist I spoke to on the phone yesterday was just rude and unhelpful. (I didn’t get a name because I just didn’t want to speak with her anymore) Yesterday I had visited to see my doctor and he said he sent a prescription to my pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy they hadn’t received it yet. So I called the clinic back and the lady made me feel stupid by telling me that it takes about a day to process. Wait time from July 22 is sept 15 and won't let me book a checkup on line ???
The receptionistss are so not helpful, can't even get squeezed in to see my family physician for Pink eye. She didnt even check his schedule. Whether they do that or not, is beyond unacceptable!! Gotta go to shoppers drug mart on the Northside to get a prescription? So what is the role of a Doctor's office when you can't even get in to see your own doctor? They are so rude at the front desk. Changed my appointment because I was standing up for myself. told the managers lies. The managers thinks he's God gifts to earth. It's funny how the manager was blaming me based on what the front desk told him but reading online reviews other people did have the same bed experience as me.
