Just ok booked in at front. Waited past appointment time. Nurse finely called me, find out front did not register me in. So my appointment time was cut short.
The receptionistss are so not helpful, can't even get squeezed in to see my family physician for Pink eye. She didnt even check his schedule. Whether they do that or not, is beyond unacceptable!! Gotta go to shoppers drug mart on the Northside to get a prescription? So what is the role of a Doctor's office when you can't even get in to see your own doctor? Online booking system does not always work for booking online, and trying to get through when calling for any reason is almost impossible, including trying to return their calls. 2022 Updated review. Service provided to patients has declined over the years. More staff need to be hired to properly accommodate the workload.
