This is in regards to the service department. I've never bought a vehicle from them so can't comment on sales. Originally, we took our van to Campbell's but once they sold we transitioned to I-5. At first it was fine but since they have revamped the service department it has been one nightmare after another. A few months ago they quoted me a tire price then charged substantially more. It would be a big negative 10 if we were allowed to pick that. We went to the dealership today after being contacted by their salesman.(we had done an online inquiry) after talking with Ben we were asked to come in today. We took a van for a test drive and after choosing that as what we wanted they began to work the numbers. We were still in negotiations with them telling us they would call us when they had a call from the finance agencies. They later called us and gave us a price about $56.
