Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Yes, they went above and beyond Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them
